Beautiful and highly retouched portrait of Samson Rusoke, probably late 1950s, by an unknown studio photographer. Samson Rusoke collected the photographs that will be shared in this album. He received some of them directly from Rukirabasaija Sir George David Matthew Kamurasi Rukidi III, Omukama of the Kingdom of Toro from 1928 until 1965. Samson Rusoke was the prime minister (Omuhikirwa) in the Omukama’s government from 1958 up till the abolishment of the Kingdoms, September 1967
