Afrigo Band! If you reside in Kampala it was hard to miss all the banners in town announcing the Afrigo @ 50 concerts. Along with this anniversary a book was made “Omuziki Guwooma – Afrigo @ 50” that led its author Kalungi Kabuye to us, in which we helped digitise negatives produced by Sue O’Conner in 1998-1999 and 2000. See the collection with crowdsourced info in comments via our Facebook.
Abana b’Afrigo batuuse!
N.B. RIP Moses Matovu a.k.a Papa Moise.
