Mike Okumu, “@Timothy Gaburungyi, the airstrip is that open ground to the right of the picture, while Kitante is in the foreground. That part of kitante now has Kitante Hill School and the hospital housing AAR (Kampala Hospital, I think). Most of the golf course is not visible here”

If Acacia is that rd running across from left to right of the image then the golf course can’t be in the foreground as only a small stretch of Acacia Av cuts across the golf course, which portion should have been further to the right and is not visible in this image.”
Eric Walford “The Golf course used to run up to Kitante Hill, as when I was a student there in 1965 we used to walk across it, but I believe that this part was sold off”
