Elly Rwakoma (Him on Facebook), 1937 -2021. Elly worked at the YMCA in Jinja as a social worker, was a presidential photographer for Obote and Amin, had an unfortunate episode with the latter, forcing him into exile (Here and here you may access part of the story.) and had his own photo studio first in Jinja and later in Bushenyi. In this album you will find photos he made and photos that were made of him. His legacy lives on.
